The building lobby boasts a fumed glass door entrance, lava stone floors and walls, and a contrasting yellow travertine stone desk. Black stucco adorns the elevator walls, while the private residents lounge features a yellow travertine stone fireplace, white stucco walls with brass reveals, a pool table, and several areas of seating. Additional amenities include a full-time doorman, a landscaped rooftop, a fitness center, and bicycle storage….

For instance Interior architect Stefano Pasqualetti has exquisitely crafted the Penthouse anchoring the space with a handsome sculptural staircase in blackened steel, marble and oak that rises through the residence. A carefully curated blend of refined materials creates a soothing and timeless collection of finishes and fittings.

A WORKING SPACE WHERE TECHNOLOGY MEETS CRAFTSMANSHIP, DESIGN AND CUSTOM MADE FURNITURE

Interior Design Project for ASAPP at One World Trade Center

The office is located in one of the most prestigious location of Manhattan with stunning city views. The goal was to create a strong company identity using fresh and refined textures and material. Custom made elements are combined with some of the most iconic elements of the Italian design. Brass, blackened metal and mirror are combined together to create a unique and sculptural bookcase at the reception area. Conference rooms have custom made conference tables made of a metal self supporting  structure, brass credenzas and wallpaper from oversea. Every room has a different vibe thanks to the  delicate color touch.
